I loved how close I was to the Illinois and Michigan Canal Trail, perfect for a leisurely walk, and the surrounding parks provided such a peaceful vibe for my city explorations.

I stayed in the RV park for three nights and was pleasantly surprised by the large lots and great walking paths. however, the absence of sewer hookups was inconvenient. The hotel manager was very helpful, but the lack of continental breakfast was disappointing compared to what I expected from the advertisements.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially with the coffee maker in the room and the surprise of donuts and juice in the morning. The indoor swimming pool was a nice way to unwind after the day. The only downside was that breakfast wasn’t included, but that didn’t spoil the fun! 😊
